I am a social scientist, engineer, and consultant with a passion for sustainable design, adaptation, and all things water. At The Citadel, I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering and Senior Climate Fellow at the Near Center for Climate Studies.
